Voor ons callteam in Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een Student Recruiter die onze kantoren ondersteunt bij het actief zoeken naar kandidaten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Student Recruiter binnen het callteam ben je voornamelijk telefonisch bezig. Je helpt onze kantoren door kandidaten actief te contacteren voor openstaande vacatures.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Actief kandidaten opbellen voor openstaande vacatures.
  • Voornamelijk werken op vacatures van onze keyklanten.
  • Kandidaten informeren over de vacature en nagaan of er een match is.
  • Kandidaten warmmaken voor een kennismaking of verdere opvolging door het kantoor.
  • De kantoren ondersteunen bij hun dagelijkse recruitmentactiviteiten.
  • Kandidaten correct registreren en opvolgen in onze systemen.

Wanneer werk je?

We zoeken iemand die minstens 2 keer per week beschikbaar is.

De planning is flexibel: je kunt bijvoorbeeld:

  • 2 volledige dagen per week werken;
  • meerdere dagen per week een halve dag werken;
  • je uren flexibel afstemmen in functie van je studies en beschikbaarheid.

We bekijken samen wat voor jou het beste werkt.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent student en zoekt een flexibele studentenjob.
  • Je bent communicatief en belt graag met mensen.
  • Je bent enthousiast, sociaal en niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
