Dan hebben wij dé job voor jou!Voor een gespecialiseerd schoonmaakbedrijf in regio Hasselt zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde studenten die gemeenschappelijke delen van appartementsgebouwen mee onderhouden. Denk aan trappenhallen, liften, inkomhallen en brievenbussen. Dankzij een duidelijke planning en een grondige opleiding ga je zelfstandig aan de slag en zorg je ervoor dat bewoners elke dag kunnen genieten van een nette woonomgeving.

Jobomschrijving

Als student schoonmaakmedewerker zorg je ervoor dat diverse appartementsgebouwen er steeds verzorgd en netjes bijliggen. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:Reinigen van trappenhallen, inkomhallen en liftenSchoonmaken van ramen, deuren en brievenbussen in gemeenschappelijke ruimtesStofzuigen, dweilen en onderhouden van vloerenSignaleren van eventuele bijzonderheden in de gebouwenZorgvuldig omgaan met professioneel schoonmaakmateriaalKlantvriendelijk communiceren met bewoners wanneer nodigTijdens je opstartperiode word je begeleid door een ervaren collega zodat je de gebouwen, materialen en werkwijze goed leert kennen. Daarna krijg je de kans om zelfstandig aan het werk te gaan.
