Voor het Adecco Career Center zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Student Talent Specialist die ons team ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse opvolging van kandidaten en klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Student Talent Specialist krijg je de kans om mee te draaien in een professionele HR-omgeving. Je ondersteunt onze Talent Specialists en leert de verschillende facetten van recruitment en klantenbeheer kennen.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Contact opnemen met kandidaten en hen begeleiden tijdens hun zoektocht naar een studentenjob of andere opportuniteit.
  • Kandidaten screenen en nagaan welke vacature het beste bij hen past.
  • Kandidaten voorstellen aan onze klanten en zorgen voor een goede opvolging.
  • Kandidaten en klanten telefonisch en via mail contacteren.
  • Meezoeken naar geschikte kandidaten voor onze openstaande vacatures.
  • Mee instaan voor de planning en opvolging van kandidaten.
  • Onze Talent Specialists ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse klantenopvolging.
  • Administratieve taken uitvoeren en ervoor zorgen dat de gegevens van kandidaten correct verwerkt zijn.
  • Actief meewerken aan onze "fight for every vacancy"-mentaliteit: geen enkele vacature zomaar laten liggen!

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken vooral iemand die goesting heeft om bij te leren en de handen uit de mouwen te steken.

Je:

  • bent momenteel student en hebt interesse in HR, recruitment, sales of klantencontact;
  • bent sociaal en stapt gemakkelijk op mensen af;
  • bent communicatief sterk, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk;
  • durft kandidaten en klanten zelf te contacteren;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd;
  • bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt graag mee;
  • bent flexibel en kan snel schakelen;
  • hebt een positieve en professionele ingesteldheid;
  • bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen.
  • bent minimaal 1 dag per week (ma-vrij) beschikbaar om te werken; Ervaring in HR of recruitment is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Wij leren je de kneepjes van het vak!
