Ben jij student en op zoek naar een flexibele studentenjob waarbij je nauwkeurig en zelfstandig aan de slag kunt? Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een student die zo snel mogelijk kan opstarten en zich tot en met maart 2027 op regelmatige basis, 1 à 2 dagen per week, kan vrijmaken.

Wat houdt de job in? Je ondersteunt het Quality-team bij verschillende administratieve en inhoudelijke taken. Je gaat aan de slag met een intern systeem waarin je artikelfiches en productgegevens van leveranciers controleert en nakijkt.

Je vergelijkt de beschikbare informatie, detecteert eventuele fouten of ontbrekende gegevens en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct verwerkt wordt. Ook controleer je productspecificaties, technische fiches en andere productdocumentatie. Leveranciersdocumenten en certificaten worden door jou opgevolgd en correct gearchiveerd.

Wanneer nodig, neem je contact op met leveranciers om informatie te verduidelijken of ontbrekende gegevens aan te vullen. Daarnaast help je mee met het verwerken van gegevens in interne databanken en bied je algemene administratieve ondersteuning aan het Quality-team.

Je krijgt zo de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen een professionele en internationale omgeving en kennis te maken met thema's zoals kwaliteit, duurzaamheid, product compliance en continue verbetering.

  • Je bent student en bent vanaf nu beschikbaar tot en met maart 2027.
  • Je kan op regelmatige basis 1 à 2 dagen per week werken, in overleg met je studies.
  • Je volgt bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masteropleiding en beschikt over een sterk analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office, waarbij een goede kennis van Excel belangrijk is.
  • Je bent communicatief en durft leveranciers telefonisch of per mail te contacteren.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in kwaliteit, productinformatie en administratieve processen.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en kan je ook behelpen in het Frans en/of Engels. Een basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt.
