Start: Oktober/November 2026

Arbeitsstunden: 20 h/Woche

Dienstort: 1190 Wien

Wie stellen wir uns deine Rolle vor?

* Du unterstützt das Team CEE & International Business bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie der Erstellung kundenbezogener Unterlagen.

* Du pflegst und aktualisierst unsere Kundendatenbank und trägst durch deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zu einer hohen Datenqualität in unseren Systemen bei.

* Du wirkst an spannenden Datenprojekten mit und unterstützt bei Analysen, Reportings sowie der Aufbereitung von Geschäftsdaten.

* Du treibst den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz aktiv voran testest neue Anwendungsfälle und bringst deine Ideen in unsere Digitalisierungsinitiativen ein.

* Du erstellst, aktualisierst und prüfst Präsentationen, Textbausteine, Übersetzungen sowie Videoinhalte für die interne und externe Kommunikation.

* Du unterstützt beim Versand von Dokumenten und Kundeninformationen sowie bei den täglichen administrativen Aufgaben des Teams.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Ländern zusammen und erhältst spannende Einblicke in das internationale Asset Management.

Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn...

* Du aktiv an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule studierst, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

* Du über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verfügst; eine weitere osteuropäische Sprache ist von Vorteil

* Du eine hohe Datenaffinität mitbringst und gerne analytisch arbeitest

* Du Interesse an AI-Tools und innovativen Arbeitsweisen hast

* Du strukturiert, zuverlässig und genau arbeitest

* Du Freude daran hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

* Du Interesse an Finanzmärkten und Investmentfonds mitbringst

* Du Spaß daran hast, zum Erfolg eines internationalen und multikulturellen Teams beizutragen
