Für unser Team Dokumentenmanagement (DM) suchen wir engagierte Studierende zur Unterstützung. Das Dokumentenmanagement verantwortet die elektronische und physische Archivierung sämtlicher Akten von Leasingverträgen sowie der Erstellung und den Versand bestimmter Kundenunterlagen. Die Position eignet sich ideal für Studierende, die einen strukturierten, administrativen Aufgabenbereich suchen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 2 Studentenjob (w/m/x) - Dokumentenmanagement (20h / Woche) Auf einen Blick:

* Start: so bald wie möglich

* Arbeitsstunden: 20h/Woche (on-site)

* Dienstort: 1190 Wien

Das erwartet dich in deinem neuen Job:

* Du bist für die korrekte Durchführung der elektronischen Archivierung für Leasingakte (Kfz und Mobilien) sowie der nachgereichten Dokumente zuständig

* Du unterstütz bei der physischen Ablage und Akten und Dokumenten sowie der dokumentengeschützten Vernichtung von Unterlagen

* Du bist für den Versand der Erstmietvorschreibungen (inkl. Typenscheine, Leasingverträge etc.) an den Kunden bzw. Lieferanten zuständig

Das bringst du mit:

* Aktives Studium mit einer Reststudienzeit von mind. 1,5 Jahren - der Job eignet sich ideal als Nebenjob für Studierende

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Routine in der Nutzung von IT-Systemen und Offenheit für technische Neuerungen

* Spaß an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit, wo kein Geschäftsfall wie der andere ist

* Zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Humor, den es im Kundenkontakt braucht

* Wenn auch Begeisterung für Autos vorhanden ist: umso besser!
