Zoek je een flexijob als winkelmedewerker in Deinze waarbij klantencontact en variatie centraal staan?

Voor een versgerichte winkel in de regio Deinze zijn we op zoek naar een flexi winkelmedewerker die op zondagvoormiddag het team komt versterken. Tijdens een korte, overzichtelijke shift zorg je mee voor een vlotte winkelervaring: van klanten helpen en bestellingen klaarmaken tot kassawerk en het netjes presenteren van producten.

Deze flexi-job is ideaal voor wie graag vroeg start, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en een extra inkomen wil combineren met vrije tijd in de namiddag.

Wat ga je doen: - Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en hen verder helpen met vragen over producten en bestellingen. - Bestellingen voorbereiden, correct verwerken en klaarmaken voor afhaling. - Kassawerk uitvoeren en betalingen nauwkeurig afhandelen. - Producten verpakken, aanvullen en aantrekkelijk presenteren in de toonbank. - Zorgen voor een verzorgde winkelomgeving volgens de geldende hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen. - Samenwerken met collega’s om een vlotte service tijdens drukke momenten te garanderen. Ervaring in verkoop, retail, horeca of een andere klantgerichte functie is een pluspunt, maar geen must. Een goede motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en klantvriendelijke houding zijn belangrijker dan ervaring. Je krijgt een opleiding op zaterdag zodat je goed voorbereid aan je eerste werkdag begint. Een klantgerichte ingesteldheid met plezier in het bieden van een vriendelijke en persoonlijke service. Nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor orde, kwaliteit en een verzorgde werkomgeving. Een betrouwbare werkhouding en het vermogen om zelfstandig de zondagvoormiddag aan de slag te gaan. Beschikbaarheid op zondagvoormiddag om de twee weken; uitzonderlijk kunnen twee zondagen na elkaar ingepland worden. Leergierigheid en enthousiasme om nieuwe taken snel onder de knie te krijgen via een korte praktijkgerichte opleiding.
