The posting

Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en trots is op mooi werk? Dan zijn wij misschien een goede match.

Ik ben een zelfstandige stukadoor en werk momenteel alleen. Door de groei van mijn zaak ben ik op zoek naar mijn eerste werknemer om samen kwalitatief en verzorgd stukadoorswerk af te leveren.

Wat ga je doen?

Je helpt mee bij verschillende stukadoorswerken, zowel bij renovaties als nieuwbouw. Je taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Voorbereiden van ondergronden
  • Plaatsen en voorbereiden van materialen
  • Meehelpen bij pleister- en stukadoorswerken
  • Afwerken en bijwerken van oppervlakken
  • De werf netjes en ordelijk houden
  • Samen zorgen voor een strak en kwalitatief eindresultaat

Ervaring als stukadoor is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Ik leer je het vak graag zelf aan. Wat je nog niet kunt, kan je leren. Een goede werkhouding en de juiste ingesteldheid zijn voor mij veel belangrijker.

Wie zoeken we?

Ik zoek vooral iemand die:

  • gemotiveerd is om het vak te leren en beter te worden
  • oog heeft voor detail en perfectie
  • trots is op zijn werk en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt
  • graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt
  • betrouwbaar en stipt is
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook goed kan samenwerken
  • fysiek werk niet uit de weg gaat
  • bereid is om nieuwe dingen te leren

Ervaring in de bouw of als stukadoor is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en de wil om goed werk af te leveren zijn voor mij belangrijker dan ervaring.
