Een mooie muur of een strak plafond begint bij iemand die zijn vak kent. In deze functie werk je mee aan uiteenlopende renovatieprojecten waarbij kwaliteit en een fijne afwerking centraal staan. Je combineert traditioneel vakmanschap met moderne technieken en krijgt de ruimte om je kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je pleistert muren en plafonds met gips en waterafstotende basispleister.
  • Je werkt zowel handmatig als machinaal en zorgt voor een mooi en egaal resultaat.
  • Je voert waar nodig kleine metsel- en chapewerken uit.
  • Je neemt ook gyprocwerken en het plaatsen van verlaagde plafonds voor je rekening.
  • Je zorgt op elke werf voor een nette en kwalitatieve afwerking.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiebedrijf met jarenlange ervaring in renovatie, bouw en interieurafwerking. Vanuit een sterke basis in renovatiewerken is de organisatie doorheen de jaren verder gegroeid en heeft ze vandaag een brede kennis in huis. Vakmanschap, creativiteit en aandacht voor detail staan centraal. Er wordt actief gekeken naar nieuwe materialen en technieken om klanten een kwalitatief en verzorgd eindresultaat te bieden. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en werfleiders die ondersteuning bieden waar nodig. Zo krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, terwijl je tegelijk blijft bijleren en groeien in je vak.

  • Je hebt een opleiding bouw gevolgd of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd in de praktijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een verzorgde afwerking.
  • Je kent je vak en bent tegelijk bereid om nieuwe technieken en materialen bij te leren.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's, maar kan ook zelfstandig je werk opnemen.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en kan je vlot uitdrukken in Nederlands, Frans of Engels.
