Voor een opdrachtgever in Zeeland zoekt MS7 een Medewerker Technische Dienst. Je werkt voornamelijk aan wal en bent samen met een ervaren collega verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van verschillende schepen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kapiteins en machinisten en zorgt dat technisch onderhoud goed wordt voorbereid. Functiebeschrijving - Voorbereiden en coördineren van preventief onderhoud. - Maken van verbetervoorstellen voor onderhoudsprocessen. - Bestellen en begroten van technische onderdelen en materialen. - Voorbereiden van reparatie- en droogdokprojecten. - Onderhouden van contact met planning, kapiteins, leveranciers en andere betrokkenen. - Onderhouden van oriënterend contact met leveranciers. - Opstellen en ontwikkelen van duidelijke werkbeschrijvingen. - Analyseren van onderdelen en beheren van technische voorraden. - Af en toe meevaren met schepen voor technische ondersteuning. Functie-eisen - Minimaal een MBO-diploma Werktuigkunde of vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Ervaring in zandwinning en/of bagger is een pré. - Technisch inzicht en creativiteit bij het oplossen van technische problemen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Kostenbewuste en planmatige werkhouding. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Initiatiefrijke en zelfstandige werkhouding. - Affiniteit met scheepvaart, techniek en onderhoud. Aanbod - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.000 en €5.000 op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en achtergrond. - 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. - Een aantrekkelijke pensioenregeling via Pensioenfonds Waterbouw. - Mogelijkheid om een vaarbevoegdheid als HWTK of Stuurman te behouden. - Ruimte voor functiegerichte opleidingen en ontwikkeling. - Een afwisselende functie...
