WELCHE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN DICH BEI UNS

* Start mit der Führungsverantwortung und operative Tätigkeiten für die Logistikabteilung

* Steuerung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung logistischer Prozesse

* Verantwortung für bereichsübergreifende Projekte und operative Abläufe

* Key-User-Funktion für ERP-gestützte Prozesse und digitale Tools

* Aktive Gestaltung von Strukturen, Abläufen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Schrittweise Übernahme der Führungsverantwortung für den Bereich Lager - Versand - Logistik

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams mit rund 45 Mitarbeitenden

* Verantwortung für die Bereiche Lagerorganisation und Schalungssanierung

WOMIT DU UNS BEGEISTERN KANNST

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im logistischen/kaufmännischen Bereich (z. B. Lehre, HTL, HAK, FH, Uni)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Logistik, Lager oder Supply Chain

* Führungserfahrung oder nachweisliche Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Reife Persönlichkeit mit Entscheidungsstärke und Umsetzungsfähigkeit

* Verständnis für Prozesse, Organisation und technische Zusammenhänge

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Prozessoptimierung (idealerweise MS Dynamics 365) und MS Excel

* Bezug zur Metallverarbeitung wünschenswert

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit strategischem Denken
