¿Tienes experiencia liderando equipos comerciales en banca-seguros y estás buscando un nuevo reto con impacto real? En Nationale-Nederlanden, creemos que las personas hacen al profesional. Por eso, queremos incorporar un/a Subdirector/a de Oficina en Murcia que impulse el crecimiento comercial en la zona sur y lidere con propósito.

Importante: Esta posición corresponde a un contrato de relevo, por lo que es imprescindible estar en SITUACIÓN LEGAL DE DESEMPLEO

¿Cuál será tu misión? Como Subdirector/a de Oficina, serás una figura clave en la estrategia comercial de la zona sur. Tus principales responsabilidades serán: -Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial junto con la Dirección de Oficina. -Captar, seleccionar y desarrollar talento comercial. -Formar y acompañar a los equipos para alcanzar su máximo rendimiento. -Supervisar la actividad comercial, asegurando productividad y calidad. -Ser co-responsable de la experiencia del cliente y la coordinación con servicios centrales. -Impulsar campañas comerciales alineadas con los objetivos de negocio.

¿Qué buscamos en ti? -Formación universitaria en ADE, Empresariales, Marketing o similares. -Experiencia sólida (mínimo 5 años) liderando equipos comerciales en banca-seguros. -Trayectoria demostrada en creación y desarrollo de estructuras comerciales. -Conocimiento profundo del mercado local (Murcia y alrededores). -Dominio avanzado de herramientas Office. Situación legal de desempleo (requisito indispensable para contrato de relevo).
