VvE's willen verduurzamen, maar hebben te maken met complexe besluitvorming én financiële uitdagingen. Zakelijke verhuurders en beleggers van huurwoningen moeten investeringen zorgvuldig afwegen. Subsidies kunnen ambities en projecten haalbaar maken en besluitvorming versnellen. Jij brengt overzicht, maakt mogelijkheden concreet en helpt klanten om in beweging te komen. Deze functie is nieuw binnen ons team. Je werkt aan bestaande klantvragen én krijgt de ruimte om nieuwe klanten, relaties en kansen te ontwikkelen binnen deze groeiende markt. In deze rol: - Ga je in gesprek met verhuurders, beleggers en VvE-beheerders over hun investerings- en verduurzamingsplannen van huurwoningen. - Vertaal je plannen en ambities naar concrete subsidiemogelijkheden. - Begeleid je subsidieaanvragen van eerste advies tot vaststelling. - Bouw je duurzame klantrelaties op en ontwikkel je je eigen netwerk. - Signaleer je nieuwe kansen in de markt en zet je deze om in adviestrajecten. - Werk je samen met collega's aan de verdere groei van onze dienstverlening.
