Ervaring in productie of farmacie is niet noodzakelijk. Als jij gemotiveerd bent, energie meebrengt en graag nieuwe dingen leert, dan zorgen wij ervoor dat je alle kennis en vaardigheden krijgt om uit te groeien tot een succesvolle Production Officer. Het werk bestaat uit • Het instellen en bedienen van etiketteer-, verpakkings- en codeermachines;• Het uitvoeren van controles tijdens het productie- en verpakkingsproces;• Het verwerken van productiedocumentatie;• Het signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen;• Het bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving;• Het samenwerken met collega's van productie, logistiek en Quality Assurance. Van jou vragen we• VMBO werk- en denkniveau;• Een positieve instelling en de motivatie om te leren;• Nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;• Technisch inzicht of interesse in machines en processen;• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;• Een flexibele en praktische instelling;• Ervaring in productie is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
