In deze functie kun je alles wat je aan boord hebt geleerd - van storingsanalyse tot onderhoudscoördinatie - direct toepassen op complexe warmte- en koudeopwekinstallaties aan land. Je blijft technisch inhoudelijk aan het werk, behoudt overzicht en verantwoordelijkheid, maar werkt in een stabiele en toekomstgerichte walfunctie. Over de functie Als Technical Superintendent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en de operationele betrouwbaarheid van uiteenlopende installaties, waaronder: - waterkrachtinstallaties - een biomassacentrale - noodstroomvoorzieningen Je werkt samen met een team van 10 technische beheerders die de dagelijkse operationele processen bewaken. Jij bent de technisch verantwoordelijke die strategisch richting geeft, onderhoud plant, complexe storingen analyseert en optimalisaties doorvoert. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige walfunctie: - Beheer en optimaliseer je de technische staat en prestaties van jouw installaties. - Stel je onderhouds- en inspectieplannen op en bewaak je de uitvoering daarvan. - Analyseer je technische storingen, stel je root cause analyses op en zorg je voor blijvende verbeteringen. - Begeleid je inbedrijfstellingen en uitbedrijfstellingen bij onderhoud, storingen en revisies. - Stuur je externe onderhoudspartijen aan ...
