The posting

Voor een groeiende franchisegroep waar winkels worden geleid met ondernemerszin, vertrouwen en betrokkenheid zoeken wij een supermarktmanager.

Geen klassieke supermarktmanager, maar een bedrijfsleider in mindset: iemand met goesting, ownership en de drive om een winkel te runnen alsof die van hem of haar is.

De rol

Als supermarktmanager ben jij eindverantwoordelijke voor jouw winkel.

Je bent mentaal 24/7 betrokken en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor alles wat er gebeurt: mensen, cijfers, klanten en sfeer. Je werkt in een context waar de lat hoog ligt, maar waar je er nooit alleen voor staat.

Je komt terecht in een kleine, hechte en persoonlijke groep, waar iedereen zichzelf kan zijn en waar samenwerking centraal staat.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Sterk commercieel denken: winkel altijd tiptop, acties goed uitspelen, kansen zien.
  • Bewust omgaan met kosten en efficiëntie (personeel, bestellingen, planning).
  • Het uitdragen van een uitmuntende klantbeleving en hoge klanttevredenheid.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor administratie, personeelsplanning, verloning en HR-opvolging.
  • Aanwezigheid op de winkelvloer: zichtbaar, aanspreekbaar en meewerkend.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar: weekends, feestdagen en bereikbaarheid horen bij de rol.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van de medewerkers (vast, flexi, studenten, interim, IBO, …).

Dagelijkse werking

  • De volledige people management-verantwoordelijkheid ligt bij jou.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en operationeel verantwoordelijke, die sterk ondersteunen, meedenken en zeer betrokken zijn.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een collegiale groep supermarktmanagers die elkaar helpen, ideeën delen en samen groeien.
  • Je hebt goesting en denkt als een ondernemer.
  • Je ziet jezelf eerder als bedrijfsleider dan als manager.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en voelt: “die winkel is van mij”.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager.
  • Je kan omgaan met druk en schakelt vlot in een snel veranderende omgeving.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan je aanpassen wanneer de situatie dat vraagt.
  • Je houdt van retail, voeding en dynamiek.
  • Je wil meebouwen aan een groep die nog volop in groei is.
