En zoek je een organisatie waar je écht invloed hebt op resultaten, mensen en de dagelijkse operatie? Als supermarktmanager bij Hoogvliet ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen filiaal. Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 60 tot 100 collega's en zorgt ervoor dat klanten iedere dag kunnen rekenen op een verzorgde winkel, betrokken medewerkers en uitstekende service. De lijnen zijn kort, beslissingen worden snel genomen en ons servicecentrum is dichtbij. We zijn een familiebedrijf in hart en nieren: betrokken, nuchter en soms een beetje eigenwijs. SUPERSNEL SOLLICITEREN! WAT GA JE DOEN Als supermarktmanager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter jouw winkel. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en stuurt continu op verbetering. Je vertaalt beleid naar de praktijk en weet precies aan welke knoppen je moet draaien om omzet, productiviteit, klanttevredenheid en derving positief te beïnvloeden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van jouw team. - Het realiseren van commerciële en operationele doelstellingen. - Het bewaken van KPI's zoals omzet, productiviteit, loonkosten en derving. - Het zorgen voor een sterke winkelpresentatie en optimale klantbeleving. - Het vertalen van acties, beleid en plannen naar concrete resultaten op de winkelvloer. - Het creëren van een veilige, schone en prettige werkomgeving. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd ben je actief aanwezig op de winkelvloer. Daarnaast besteed je tijd aan coaching, analyse van resultaten, commercieel sturen en klantcontact.
