Pour notre client, entreprise industrielle basée à Mouscron, nous recherchons un Superviseur de Production pour renforcer l'équipe en nuit fixe.

Votre rôle:

En tant que Superviseur de Production, vous êtes le référent de votre équipe sur le terrain. Votre priorité est d'accompagner les collaborateurs, développer leurs compétences et favoriser leur autonomie, tout en garantissant les standards et les performances de production.

Concrètement, vous :

  • Encadrez, accompagnez et coachez votre équipe au quotidien
  • Suivez les performances de production et les principaux KPI
  • Analysez les écarts, pertes et incidents et identifiez les actions d'amélioration
  • Animez les routines opérationnelles et contribuez à l'Operational Excellence
  • Participez à la résolution de problèmes et à l'amélioration continue
  • Assurez une communication efficace avec les équipes et le Shift Leader
  • Veillez au respect des exigences en matière de sécurité, qualité et environnement
  • Vous possédez un bachelier minimum, idéalement en Engineering, Manufacturing, Business ou équivalent. Un diplôme d'ingénieur est un atout
  • Vous disposez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement industriel
  • Vous avez une expérience en management d'équipe dans un environnement de production
  • Vous avez de solides capacités analytiques et aimez travailler avec les KPI et les données
  • Vous êtes particulièrement à l'aise dans l'accompagnement, le coaching et le développement des collaborateurs
  • Vous connaissez les principes du Lean Manufacturing, TPM ou Operational Excellence
  • Vous êtes organisé, communicatif et orienté amélioration continue
  • Des connaissances en anglais, bureautique et ERP sont attendues
