Als Supervisor ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een efficiënte en veilige operatie. Je zorgt voor het behalen van KPI’s en coacht jouw foremannen om samen het beste uit het team te halen.

Je bent de leidinggevende boven de foremannen en werkt nauw met hen samen om het team van magazijnmedewerkers optimaal aan te sturen.

Jouw uitgebreide takenpakket:

Operationele verantwoordelijkheid

  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van KPI’s en lange termijn doelstellingen.
  • Plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling.
  • Toezien op correcte uitvoering van processen en gestandaardiseerde werkmethodes.

Leidinggeven & Coaching

  • Aansturen en coachen van foremannen in hun dagelijkse taken.
  • Motiveren van het team en stimuleren van een positieve groepsgeest.
  • Voeren van evaluatiegesprekken, opleidingen en ziekteverzuimgesprekken.

Procesverbetering

  • Analyseren van bottlenecks en opstellen van verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Implementeren en opvolgen van procesverbeteringen via stappenplannen.
  • Toepassen en bewaken van de 5S-methodiek.

Veiligheid & Kwaliteit

  • Waken over naleving van veiligheidsregels en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondgangen en arbeidsongevallenanalyses.
  • Communiceren van veiligheidsthema’s binnen het team.

Samenwerking & Overleg

  • Afstemmen met planningsafdeling, collega-supervisors, operations managers en interne diensten.
  • Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten aan het management.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
  • Ervaring met een Warehouse Management Systeem
  • Basiskennis van Lean
  • Minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een warehouse omgeving
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
