Jobomschrijving

Samen met de expeditie manager alsook de andere supervisors zullen jullie instaan voor een correcte uitvoering van eindverpakking. Ook het tijdig verzendklaar maken van de bestellingen.

Zo zal je:

  • Leiding geven aan 8 lijnverantwoordelijken, 4 magazijniers en 12 productie medewerkers.
  • Op de werkvloer intensief operationeel meewerken.
  • De productieplanning nauwgezet opvolgen en bijsturen in overleg met de juiste diensten.
  • De productieplanningen opmaken.
  • Instaan voor het onthaal, opleiding en begeleiding van de medewerkers.
  • Veiligheidscontroles uitvoeren en bijsturen indien nodig om de veiligheid van de medewerkers te garanderen.
  • De verpakkingslijnen voorzien van bevoorrading met behulp van een stapelaar.
  • Het beheer van de stock van producten en verpakkingsmaterialen op jou nemen.
  • Rapporteren en deelnemen aan het tweewekelijks overleg met de expeditie manager.

Je beschikt over de volgende kwaliteiten/eigenschappen:

  • Sterk in plannen.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel omschrijven jou het best.
  • Een actieve en uitvoerende job spreekt jou het meest aan.
  • Goede kennis van zowel Nederlands als Engels, gesproken, geschreven en gelezen.
  • In 2-ploegen werken vormt geen enkel probleem.
  • Af en toe op zaterdag werken indien nodig is geen struikelblok.
  • Bereid om te werken in een gekoelde omgeving tussen 0 en 7 graden.
  • Ervaring met rijden van een stapelaar is een pluspunt.
