Dan is deze functie als Supervisor zeker iets voor jou! Wat ga jij doen? Als Supervisor Blueberries ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team en het productieproces. Je staat midden in de operatie en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers, machines, planning en kwaliteit iedere dag goed samenkomen. Je houdt het overzicht op de werkvloer en grijpt in wanneer de planning, het product of het proces daarom vraagt. Binnen de productie wordt gewerkt met moderne sorteer- en verpakkingslijnen van onder andere TOMRA en Elifab. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze lijnen optimaal worden ingezet en houdt tegelijkertijd de capaciteit, productiviteit en output goed in de gaten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onder andere Planning, Technische Dienst, Quality en Operations. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn: - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van operators en productiemedewerkers - Organiseren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Bewaken van planning, capaciteit, productiviteit en output - Zorgen voor een optimale inzet van de TOMRA- en Elifab-lijnen - Bewaken van productkwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en werkwijzen - Signaleren en oplossen van verstoringen in het productieproces - Samenwerken met Planning, Technische Dienst, Quality en Operations - Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving - Coachen en verder ontwikkelen van medewerkers en operators - Signaleren en realiseren van verbeteringen in processen, rendement en efficiency Wie ben jij?
