Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Dit is jouw functie In de rol van Supervisor Accounting & Reporting geef je leiding aan een team van (Senior) Assistenten Accounting & Reporting. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse samenstelwerkzaamheden en (ondersteunende) advieswerkzaamheden. Binnen onze vestiging in Hoofddorp is een groot deel van onze klantenportefeuille internationaal georiënteerd. Dit betekent dat je frequent werkt voor diverse internationale opdrachtgevers uit verschillende branches binnen het grotere MKB. Je onderhoudt direct contact met deze internationale cliënten, identificeert hun behoeften en herkent opkomende kansen. Op deze manier blijf je goed op de hoogte van de uitdagingen waarmee onze cliënten te maken hebben en kun je waardevolle bijdragen leveren die aansluiten op hun behoeften. Dit wordt jouw team De non-assurance afdeling in Hoofddorp is in zijn startende fase. Wat betekent dat je in het begin deel uitmaakt van een hecht team met ongeveer 4 collega's, waar lijnen kort zijn en ieders bijdrage telt. Wat het team zo leuk maakt? Ieder individu is gedreven en heeft de teamspirit. We werken voor elkaar en met elkaar: inhoudelijk sterk, betrokken en met ruimte om van elkaar te leren. De groep is hecht en er is altijd iemand die een luisterend oor voor je heeft als dat nodig is. Omdat de afdeling in Hoofddorp nog in de beginfase zit, zal je in de groeiperiode van de afdeling nauw samenwerken met collega's uit Amsterdam. De Non-Assurance afdeling in Amsterdam heeft een dynamisch en ambitieus team van ongeveer 30 collega's, waarvan een deel ook regelmatig in Hoofddorp te vinden is.
