Geen dag is hetzelfde en er zijn volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen ons hotel. WAT JE DOET Als Medewerker Algemene Dienst zorg je ervoor dat de algemene ruimtes van het hotel er altijd verzorgd uitzien. Je bent een belangrijke schakel achter de schermen en draagt direct bij aan de gastbeleving. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het opstellen van de dagelijkse planning en het verdelen van de werkzaamheden binnen het team; - Het maken en beheren van de personeelsroosters; - Het bestellen en beheren van schoonmaakartikelen en andere benodigde middelen; - Het begeleiden, motiveren en aansturen van medewerkers; - Het schoon en netjes houden van de algemene ruimten, zoals het restaurant, vergaderzalen, gangen en toiletgroepen; - Het controleren van (technische) voorzieningen en signaleren van bijzonderheden; - Het aanvullen van benodigde materialen en voorzieningen; - Het zorgen voor een representatieve uitstraling van het hotel. - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en het signaleren van verbeterpunten; WIE JE BENT - Je bent minimaal 18 jaar; - Je toont inzet en bent verantwoordelijk; - Je hebt oog voor detail; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar; - Je vindt het geen probleem om om 06.00 uur in de ochtend te starten; - Je bent ook regelmatig beschikbaar in het weekend.
