Jouw rol als Supervisor Jij start je dag vol energie en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team met dezelfde drive aan de slag gaat. Je houdt het overzicht, coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt dat alles soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Maar dat is niet alles: jij creëert een omgeving waarin je team zich gewaardeerd, gemotiveerd en gestimuleerd voelt om te groeien.

Wat ga je doen?

- Coördineren en plannen: Je zorgt dat alle dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel worden uitgevoerd en deadlines worden gehaald. - Inspireren en coachen: Je begeleidt je team, helpt hen hun talenten te ontwikkelen en motiveert ze om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je stuurt een team aan die uit 5-10 medewerkers bestaat en op piekmomenten zelfs uit 15 medewerkers. - Focus op resultaten: Samen met je team werk je aan het behalen van winkeldoelstellingen, zonder het plezier uit het oog te verliezen. - Optimaliseren van klantbeleving: Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een glimlach de winkel verlaten door te streven naar de allerbeste service. - Teamspirit bouwen: Je creëert een positieve en fijne werksfeer waarin samenwerking centraal staat.

Jij bent: Je hebt een commerciële drive. Tegelijkertijd vind je service enorm belangrijk en heb je oog voor de maatschappelijke kant van ANWB als vereniging. Je kunt een team coachen en ook op de piekmomenten, zoals op koopavonden en in het weekend, ben jij er voor klanten en je collega’s. Verder breng je mee: Minimaal mbo-niveau. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als winkelmanager. Affiniteit met outdoor, vakantie en reizen.
