Supervisor Base Coordination - Op locatie - - Schiphol , Noord-Holland , Nederland - Ground Operations Over ons Corendon Dutch Airlines is een toonaangevende luchtvaartmaatschappij waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Binnen Ground Operations zorgen we er iedere dag voor dat onze vluchten veilig, soepel en zo veel mogelijk volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Als Supervisor Base Coordination heb jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Je geeft leiding aan de Duty Officers, houdt het overzicht wanneer de druk oploopt en zorgt dat de operatie blijft draaien. Tegelijkertijd denk je mee over hoe we onze operatie steeds slimmer en beter kunnen organiseren. Een veelzijdige rol met verantwoordelijkheid, dynamiek en directe impact op onze dagelijkse operatie. Jouw rol Als Supervisor Base Coordination stuur je de dagelijkse operatie aan, maar sta je er ook zelf middenin. Je houdt toezicht op de operatie, coördineert de verschillende processen rondom onze vluchten en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onder andere crew, afhandelaren, luchthaven en OCC. Tegelijkertijd geef je leiding aan de Duty Officers en houd je overzicht over de bezetting en de verdeling van het werk. Rondom onze vluchten houd je binnen de 72-uurswindow de vlucht-, vloot- en crewplanning scherp in de gaten. Je signaleert mogelijke knelpunten en zorgt dat hier op tijd actie op wordt ondernomen. Bij verstoringen neem je de regie en stem je af met de verschillende partijen die nodig zijn om de operatie weer op gang te brengen. Daarbij houd je zowel de belangen van onze passagiers als de operationele en financiële gevolgen in het oog. Ook als de druk toeneemt, houd je overzicht en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie. Je bent daarnaast de schakel tussen de dagelijkse operatie en de Manager Ground Operations. Je adviseert over operationele en beleidsmatige vraagstukken en brengt signalen uit de operatie onder de aandacht. Je kijkt daarbij niet alleen naar wat er op dat moment nodig is,...
