Supervisor Datacenter - Middenmeer - Beveiliging & Surveillance - Full-time Supervisor Datacenter - Middenmeer - Full-time - Beveiliging & Surveillance - Datacenter beveiliging Dit ga je doen Als Supervisor binnen het screeningsteam van Securitas op de Datacenter-campus in Middenmeer ben jij de spil in de dagelijkse operatie. Je stuurt een team van beveiligingsmedewerkers aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en klantgerichte uitvoering van de beveiligingstaken. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, neemt initiatief en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel je team als de klant. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van beveiligingsmedewerkers op de werkvloer - Toezien op naleving van standard operating procedure, veiligheidsprotocollen en kwaliteitsnormen (QA/QC) - Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen, incidenten en verbeterpunten - Onderhouden van contact met interne stakeholders zoals planning, management en operations - Ondersteunen bij roosterplanning en capaciteitsvraagstukken - Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het team en het optimaliseren van de dagelijkse operatie Dit ben jij - Je bent in het bezit van een MBO-2 beveiliger diploma of bent deze bereid te halen (MBO-3 beveiliger is een pré) - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal - In het bezit van rijbewijs B / eigen vervoer - Je bent enthousiast over het samenwerken met mensen en bent in staat om hen (dagelijks) te coachen - Je bent 24/7 beschikbaar en flexibel inzetbaar voor avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stressbestendig - Integer, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht Dit krijg jij van ons - Uurloon tussen de €17,37 en €20,70 bruto per uur (afhankelijk van je ervaring) - Extra objecttoeslag van €1,00 bruto per uur. - Onregelmatigheidstoeslag afhankelijk van jouw type dienst - 4-wekelijks rooste...
