Jouw werkplek is een modern en duurzaam sorteercentrum in Dordrecht. De locatie is goed bereikbaar en biedt een professionele werkomgeving waarin medewerkers met plezier samenwerken. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere supervisors. Binnen het team heerst een open, informele en gezellige sfeer. Collega's helpen elkaar en er is volop ruimte om ideeën te delen en verbeteringen aan te dragen. Functieomschrijving Samen met de andere supervisors zorg je voor duidelijke aansturing en een positieve werksfeer. Je motiveert medewerkers, helpt hen verder in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's goed worden ingewerkt. Ook voer je voortgangs- en verzuimgesprekken en pak je andere HR-gerelateerde werkzaamheden op. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan projecten waarmee het sorteerproces verder wordt verbeterd. Je werkt in wisselende vroege en late diensten tussen 06.00 en 22.30 uur. Hierdoor ziet iedere werkdag er anders uit. Met jouw inzet blijft het logistieke proces in beweging, worden duizenden pakketten op tijd bezorgd en ontstaat er een betrokken team waarin medewerkers prettig samenwerken.
