The posting

Als supervisor eindverpakking ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen medewerkers en processen. Je leidt een team van 8 lijnverantwoordelijken, 4 magazijniers/laadkademedewerkers en 12 polyvalente medewerkers. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt aan de verpakkingslijnen. Je draait actief mee op de werkvloer en bent zichtbaar aanwezig voor je team.

Je volgt de productieplanning nauw op en stemt regelmatig af met de planning- en kwaliteitsafdeling. Een typische dag? Je start de dag met een teamoverleg, volgt de voortgang van de productie, springt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat de voorraad van producten en verpakkingsmaterialen op peil blijft. Je zorgt voor een warm onthaal en technische begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers. Veiligheid staat centraal: je voert regelmatig controles uit en houdt de documentatie op orde.

Naast de dagelijkse operationele taken, neem je deel aan het tweewekelijks overleg met de expeditiemanager en rapporteer je vlot over de resultaten. Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel, waarbij flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid belangrijk zijn. Voel jij je aangesproken? Neem dan zeker contact op!

  • Je bent een enthousiaste teamleader en haalt energie uit planning en organisatie.
  • Je werkt graag actief mee op de werkvloer.
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid zijn jouw sterktes.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een voldoende kennis van het Engels.
  • Ervaring met een stapelaar is een pluspunt.
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken, van maandag tot en met vrijdag en eventueel op zaterdag.
  • Je kan werken in een gekoelde omgeving (tussen 0°-7°).
