The posting

Als Supervisor kom je terecht in onze splinternieuwe en duurzame site te Evergem. Je neemt de leiding over een voltallig team van + / - 12 personen bestaande uit teamleader en magazijniers. Naast het nauwgezet volgen van alle regels en procedures in verband met netheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit zorg je er voor dat het magazijn er steeds piekfijn uitziet. Als Supervisor organiseer, coördineer en controleer je alle dagelijkse taken van jouw team. Onze medewerkers vervullen allerhande taken: hef- en reachtruckwerk, containerlossing, orderpicking, ...

Jouw rol is voornamelijk coachend en sturend. Toch bepaal je dagelijks de prioriteiten en spring je bij waar nodig. De handen uit de mouwen steken schrikt jou dus niet af.

De logistieke wereld staat nooit stil, je bent dan ook constant op zoek naar manieren om efficiënter en veiliger te werken. Meedenken over de implementatie van nieuwe processen in de bestaande structuur maakt deel uit van je takenpakket. Zijn er wijzigingen of vragen met betrekking tot de goederen? Dan ben jij de persoon die de communicatie op zich neemt met onze klant. Je werkt in nauw overleg met de Operations Manager die jouw rechtsreeks leidinggevende is.

Jouw profiel

Ben je klaar om mee te groeien met ons bedrijf? Door onze voortdurende uitbreiding zijn we op zoek naar een extra collega voor ons magazijn in Evergem.

  • Als Supervisor spreek je vlot Nederlands en kan je communiceren in het Engels.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring in een logistieke warehouse omgeving en dit in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Volgende zaken typeren jou: teamplayer, nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, positief ingesteld en gedreven om resultaten te behalen.
  • Je bent een echte motivator en beschikt over de nodige leidinggevende skills die je inzet om je team in beweging te krijgen om zo de verschillende doelen te behalen.
  • Coördineren, de overview behouden en analytisch denkvermogen zitten in je natuur.
