Supervisor Horeca Sporttainment Center de Uithof BV Jouw rol als Supervisor Horeca Als Supervisor Horeca bij De Uithof ben jij tijdens jouw dienst één van de drijvende krachten achter onze horeca. Je werkt actief mee op de vloer én zorgt ervoor dat jouw collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren. Je houdt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en zorgt samen met het team voor een gastvrije en soepele service. Van een gezellig druk Grand Café tot groepen, kinderfeestjes, bedrijfsuitjes en evenementen: bij De Uithof is geen dag hetzelfde. Jij vindt het leuk om collega's te motiveren, nieuwe medewerkers wegwijs te maken en nét dat stapje extra te zetten voor onze gasten. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Aansturen en begeleiden van horecamedewerkers tijdens jouw dienst. - Verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van de voortgang. - Actief meewerken in de bediening, achter de bar en waar nodig op andere horecalocaties. - Zorgen voor een gastvrije ontvangst en uitstekende service. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, uitstraling, hygiëne en veiligheid. - Begeleiden en inwerken van nieuwe collega's. - Signaleren en oplossen van praktische problemen tijdens de dienst. - Ondersteunen bij groepen, feesten, partijen en evenementen. - Verzorgen van een goede overdracht aan collega's en leidinggevenden. - Zorgen dat de horecalocaties netjes worden geopend en afgesloten. WIE ZOEKEN WIJ? Functie-eisen Je hoeft bij ons echt niet jarenlang leidinggevende ervaring te hebben. Misschien werk je nu als ervaren horecamedewerker en ben je klaar voor je volgende stap. Veel belangrijker vinden wij dat jij verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en energie krijgt van het werken met mensen.
