Als Supervisor Housekeeping zorg jij er samen met het team voor dat deze accommodaties schoon, verzorgd en helemaal klaar zijn voor de volgende gasten. Je houdt het overzicht, zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren én werkt zelf actief mee. Een functie voor iemand die graag organiseert, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en net zo makkelijk aanstuurt als zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Jouw rol Tijdens jouw dienst ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor het housekeepingteam. Je maakt de planning voor de dag, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat onze accommodaties op tijd en volgens onze kwaliteitsstandaard klaarstaan voor de volgende gasten. Je stuurt niet alleen aan, maar werkt zelf actief mee in de schoonmaak. Je controleert de accommodaties voor aankomst, hebt oog voor de kleine details en springt bij waar dat nodig is. Zo zorg je er samen met het team voor dat de dag soepel verloopt. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - het dagelijks aansturen en begeleiden van je collega's binnen housekeeping; - het maken van de dagplanning en verdelen van de werkzaamheden; - het schoonmaken en controleren van onze Lodgetenten, Pods en Forest Cabins; - het bewaken van de kwaliteit en zorgen dat iedere accommodatie verzorgd en gastklaar is; - het afstemmen van bijzonderheden met de receptie en contact hebben met gasten wanneer dat nodig is; - het bewaken van de voorraad en tijdig bestellen van housekeepingproducten; - collega's helpen en bijspringen waar da...
