Supervisor Housekeeping - Supervisor Housekeeping (22,8-38 uur) Jij laat onze gasten zich welkom voelen, nog vóór ze hun accommodatie binnenstappen. Een schoon vakantiepark lijkt vanzelfsprekend. Achter die perfecte eerste indruk staat een enthousiast team én een supervisor die het overzicht bewaart, vooruitdenkt en collega's weet te inspireren. Ben jij die energieke leider die graag tussen de mensen staat? Houd je van organiseren, coachen en kwaliteit? Dan zoeken wij jou! Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit Je start de dag met een kop koffie en bekijkt de planning. Zijn er last minute boekingen? Dan stuur je direct bij. Vervolgens loop je een controleronde, begeleid je de ochtendwerkzaamheden en ondersteun je collega's waar nodig. Na de ochtendtaken bespreek je met het team de planning en verwachtingen voor de rest van de dag. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de schoonmaak, lost (ad hoc) uitdagingen op en zorgt ervoor dat accommodaties en algemene ruimtes er piekfijn uitzien. Aan het einde van de dag kijk je vooruit. Je bereidt de planning voor, controleert de uren, houdt de voorraad op peil en sluit af met een kort evaluatiemoment met je collega's. Zo werk je elke dag aan een sterk team én een optimale gastbeleving. Wat breng je mee? - Jij beschikt over minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau en ervaring in schoonmaak, hospitality, recreatie of een vergelijkbare omgeving; - Jij hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team; - Jij bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt gestructureerd; - Jij hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit; - Jij hebt geen bezwaar tegen werken in weekenden en vakanties. - Jij beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Duits is een pré.
