Als Housekeeping Supervisor unterstützen Sie den Houskeeping Manager bei der täglichen Organisation der Abteilung und stellen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team sicher, dass unsere Gäste sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen. Sie behalten den Überblick, koordinieren Abläufe und sorgen dafür, dass höchste Sauberkeits- und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden. 1 Supervisor_in Housekeeping (m/w/d) Das ist Ihr Bereich:

* Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit in Gästezimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Housekeeping-Abläufe

* Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter

* Kontrolle der Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

* Koordination der Zimmerfreigaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Rezeption

* Verwaltung und Bestellung von Arbeitsmaterialien, Uniformen sowie Wäsche

* Ansprechpartner für Gästeanliegen im Housekeeping-Bereich

* Unterstützung und Vertretung des Housekeeping Managers bei Abwesenheit

Sie bringen mit

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Housekeeping, vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie

* Ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches, professionelles und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent

* Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail
