Unser Dormio Feriendorf in Obertraun am Hallstättersee besteht aus 82 Chalets und verfügt über zahlreiche Einrichtungen wie Schwimmbad, Fitness, Wellness, ein Restaurant, Minimarkt, Rezeption und wir suchen ab sofort 1 SUPERVISOR_IN IM HOUSEKEEPING für 40 Std./ 5 Tage, Lohn/Gehalt lt. Kollektiv mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung mit dem Aufstieg nach der Einarbeitungszeit zum/zur Stellvertr. ABTEILUNGSLEITER_IN

Ihre Qualifikation:

* 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse

* Outlook, MS Office, PC-Kenntnisse

* Organisationstalent

* Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Einhaltung der Standard-Reinigungsrichtlinie lt. HACCP der Dormio Gruppe

* Koordinierung aller Reinigungsabläufe, Pflege- und Reparaturmaßnahmen für absolute Sauberkeit in den Gästezimmern, Häusern und öffentlichen Bereichen wie Treppenhäusern, Korridoren, dem Eingangsbereich und Hallenbad ist zu sorgen

* Zudem zählen organisatorische Aufgaben wie die Personaleinteilung, Arbeitsplanung und die Verwaltung der benötigten Reinigungsmittel zu den Aufgaben

Teamarbeit zwischen allen Abteilungen ist ebenfalls notwendig, um relevante Informationen weiterzugeben oder zu erhalten, um so den Überblick über seinen Zuständigkeitsbereich nicht zu verlieren.
