Vanuit de locatie in Deventer worden onder andere milieu-analyses uitgevoerd op materialen zoals grond en water. Er is veel aandacht voor vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling, samenwerking en het continu verbeteren van processen. Voor het laboratorium in Deventer zoekt deze organisatie een Teamleider Laboratorium – Gaschromatografie (GC).De functie Als Teamleider Laboratorium – Gaschromatografie (GC) geef je leiding aan een team van ongeveer 10 tot 15 Chemisch Analisten met verschillende ervarings- en kennisniveaus. Jouw belangrijkste opdracht is om meer structuur en stabiliteit binnen het team te creëren en de kennis en bevoegdheden van de medewerkers verder te ontwikkelen. Je hebt geen structurele uitvoerende rol als analist. In plaats daarvan richt je je op mensen, capaciteit, kwaliteit en verbetering. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en hebt directe invloed op de manier waarop het GC-team werkt en zich verder ontwikkelt. Je zorgt ervoor dat het team analyses tijdig en volgens de geldende kwaliteitseisen oplevert. Daarbij bewaak je de personele bezetting, ontwikkeling van medewerkers, kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden en beschikbaarheid van apparatuur.Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden In de eerste maanden richt je je onder andere op het leren kennen van het team en de belangrijkste GC-processen. Je brengt kennis- en bevoegdheidsgaten in kaart en bepaalt samen met het team de belangrijkste ontwikkelprioriteiten. Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Dagelijks aansturen van het team op voortgang, kwaliteit, vertragingen en prioriteiten. • Opstellen en bewaken van de personeels- en capaciteitsplanning op dag- en weekbasis. • Begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers. • Sturen op opleid
