The posting

Je wordt tewerkgesteld als verantwoordelijke van de laders, een team van 10 medewerkers.

Je staat in voor:

- Opmaak van de planning en het werkschema van de laders

- Het team van de laders verwerkt opdrachten vanuit de productie, trailers buitentrekken uit productiehallen + lossen op stockagezone.

- Daarnaast worden de opdrachten op basis van de transportbonnen van de dispatcher verwerkt.

- Je stuurt de heftruckchauffeurs aan in hun taken: ledigen vuilbakken, betonresten, houten bekistingen vervoeren.

- Retours van de werven is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Digitaal verwerken en alle geretourneerde materiaal op de juiste plaats zetten vb. montagekraan, werfkeet

- Je voert het containerbeheer uit.

- Je hebt de eindcontrole over de geladen vrachten, kijken of de lading overeenstemt met de transportbon en conform de wetgeving op ladingzekering.

- Grote materialen die op de laadbon staan, voorzien voor de werven en uitsorteren bij terugkeer.

- Je springt bij in het laden/lossen, dit via het bedienen van portaalkraan, rolbruggen, zijlader, Terberg.

- Orde en netheid op de stockagezone bewaren.

- Toezicht houden op de kwaliteit van de prefabelementen die vertrekken naar de werf en eventueel herstellingen laten uitvoeren.

- Je hebt goesting om buiten te werken.

- Je gaat steeds voor het beste resultaat met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en veiligheid.

- Het lukt je om een ploeg in het werk te steken op een georganiseerde manier en hen bij te sturen.

- Je denkt logisch na en hebt een goed inzicht bij het stapelen van de betonelementen op de vrachtwagens.

- Je hebt ervaring in laden en lossen.

- Je hebt een korte ervaring in het aansturen van een team.

- Ervaring in het besturen van een terminal trekker (Terberg) is een meerwaarde.
