Een ervaren lasser die graag meer verantwoordelijkheid opneemt? In deze functie combineer je jouw technische kennis met het begeleiden van een team. Je houdt het overzicht binnen de lasafdeling, ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat kwaliteit en veiligheid altijd op de eerste plaats staan.

Wat ga je doen? Als Supervisor ben je het aanspreekpunt tijdens jouw shift. Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team en bewaakt tegelijk de voortgang en kwaliteit van het werk. Daarbij blijf je zelf ook actief betrokken op de werkvloer: techniek en laswerk maken dus nog steeds een belangrijk deel uit van jouw dag:

  • Begeleiden, coachen en motiveren van lassers en lasrobot-operators
  • Toezien op een correcte uitvoering en opvolging van de werkzaamheden
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en naleving van werk- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Coördineren van de productie binnen de lasafdeling tijdens jouw shift
  • Ondersteunen van collega's bij technische of praktische vragen
  • Bedienen van lasrobots en uitvoeren van manueel laswerk wanneer nodig
  • Technische problemen analyseren en als troubleshooter naar oplossingen zoeken
  • Verbeterpunten opmerken en meewerken aan een efficiëntere werking
  • Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en aangename werkplek
  • Het team op een duidelijke en respectvolle manier aansturen
  • Zelf het goede voorbeeld geven op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en werkattitude

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een internationale onderneming die gespecialiseerd is in de productie van vierkante, modulaire silo's voor industriële toepassingen. Ondanks de internationale context heerst er een no-nonsense sfeer binnen een hecht team waar collega's elkaar goed kennen. Je krijgt de nodige vrijheid om je verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en mee te bouwen aan een sterke werking binnen de lasafdeling Wie zoeken we?

  • Ervaring als ploegchef, teamleader of in een gelijkaardige verantwoordelijke functie binnen de laswereld of technische productie
  • Goede kennis van halfautomaatlassen
  • Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen en interpreteren
  • Voldoende maturiteit om een team op een rustige en duidelijke manier te begeleiden
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke feeling voor coaching
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en het vermogen om knopen door te hakken
  • Praktisch ingesteld en niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Ervaring met lasrobots is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • Basiskennis Engels
  • Kennis van rolbrug- en heftruckbediening is mooi meegenomen
  • Bereidheid om in een 2- of 3-ploegenstelsel te werken
