Jobomschrijving

Ben je nauwkeurig en hou je graag het overzicht binnen een geautomatiseerde logistieke omgeving? Herken je afwijkingen snel en grijp je tijdig in waar nodig? Dan is deze functie als Supervisor Logistiek regio Poperinge iets voor jou zijn.

Jouw taken:

  • Coördineren, opvolgen en aansturen van warehouse- en expeditieactiviteiten;
  • Zorgen voor een correcte verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen volgens de geldende procedures;
  • Registreren, behandelen, afhandelen, blokkeren en vrijgeven van (retour)zendingen;
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een logistiek team binnen een geautomatiseerde magazijnomgeving;
  • Actief meewerken binnen de operationele werking wanneer nodig;
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen binnen de logistieke processen;
  • Afstemmen met interne collega's om snel en efficiënt in te spelen op operationele uitdagingen;
  • Toezien op een vlotte logistieke flow van ontvangst, opslag en verlading van goederen.
  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Ervaring binnen een geautomatiseerde logistieke omgeving;
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen logistiek;
  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht en een resultaatgerichte aanpak;
  • Praktisch ingesteld en een echte teamspeler;
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis Frans;
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
