Over het werk Ben jij een natuurlijke leider die graag meewerkt op de werkvloer én een team weet te motiveren? Voor onze avonddienst zoeken wij een Supervisor Magazijn. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een klein magazijnteam en zorg je ervoor dat e-commerce- en B2B-orders efficiënt, nauwkeurig en op tijd worden verwerkt. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en combineert leidinggeven met een actieve rol in het logistieke proces. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de orders correct en tijdig worden verwerkt. Daarnaast begeleid en motiveer je jouw collega's, houd je de kwaliteit en productiviteit in de gaten en stuur je bij wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt tijdens de avonddienst en zorgt voor een prettige, veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving waarin het team optimaal kan presteren.
