The posting

  • Coördineer de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten, van goederenontvangst en opslag tot picking, verpakking en verzending.
  • Bewaak een correcte en tijdige verwerking van klantorders en stem prioriteiten af op de operationele behoeften.
  • Zet medewerkers en beschikbare middelen efficiënt in volgens volumes, productgroepen en veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Ondersteun de operationele werking tijdens piekperiodes, afwezigheden, personeelstekorten of onverwachte verstoringen.
  • Bedien indien nodig magazijnmaterieel, zoals reachtrucks en heftrucks, wanneer je hiervoor gecertificeerd bent en dit volgens de lokale regelgeving is toegestaan.
  • Leid, coach en begeleid magazijnmedewerkers en teamleaders in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Voer prestatiegesprekken en geef medewerkers gerichte en constructieve feedback.
  • Stimuleer samenwerking, betrokkenheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en polyvalentie binnen het team.
  • Bouw mee aan multi-inzetbare teams en identificeer opleidings- en ontwikkelingsbehoeften.
  • Bewaak de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, HSE-richtlijnen, bedrijfsprocedures, werkinstructies en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Ondersteun audits en volg vastgestelde verbeterpunten en corrigerende acties op.
  • Analyseer operationele KPI's en stuur processen bij om service, productiviteit en kwaliteit te verbeteren.
  • Stem personeelsbezetting, materieel en magazijncapaciteit af op de operationele vraag.
  • Werk samen met planning en ondersteunende afdelingen om een vlotte en continue dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Gebruik Lean-principes en methodieken voor continue verbetering om verspilling en inefficiënties te verminderen.
  • Voer root-causeanalyses uit, standaardiseer verbeteringen en begeleid veranderingen binnen de operationele werking.
  • Beschik over minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen een magazijn- of logistieke omgeving.
  • Heb minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, bijvoorbeeld als teamleader of supervisor.
  • Toon aantoonbare ervaring met people management binnen een operationele omgeving met hoge volumes.
  • Breng ervaring mee met Lean, continuous improvement of andere methodieken voor procesoptimalisatie.
  • Beschik over een grondige kennis van magazijnprocessen, operationele systemen en planning.
  • Werk vlot met een Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Ervaring met SAP vormt een pluspunt.
  • Heb een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel, Word en PowerPoint.
  • Communiceer vloeiend in het Nederlands en professioneel in het Engels.
  • Toon sterke vaardigheden op het vlak van people management, coaching en teambuilding.
  • Hanteer conflicten op een constructieve en oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • Communiceer duidelijk met medewerkers en verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Neem doordachte beslissingen en pak operationele problemen zelfstandig aan.
  • Schakel vlot tussen verschillende situaties en behoud het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Werk nauw samen met collega's en draag actief bij aan een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving.
