Voor een technisch sterke productieomgeving in de regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Maintenance Coordinator die graag het overzicht bewaart én dicht bij de techniek blijft.

U krijgt een centrale positie binnen de technische dienst en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, onderhoudswerken en technische prioriteiten goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Daarbij bent u niet enkel bezig met de planning van werkzaamheden: u ondersteunt techniekers bij uitdagende problemen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en helpt de onderhoudsorganisatie stap voor stap naar een hoger niveau.

Deze functie is daardoor interessant voor zowel een ervaren Maintenance Coordinator of Supervisor als voor een technisch sterke professional die klaar is om meer verantwoordelijkheid over mensen en organisatie op te nemen.

Wat Ga Je Doen

  • U bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor het technische team en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse onderhoudswerkzaamheden vlot verlopen.
  • U bepaalt samen met productie welke technische interventies prioriteit krijgen en vertaalt dit naar een haalbare werkverdeling.
  • U ondersteunt techniekers wanneer storingen of technische vraagstukken extra expertise vereisen.
  • U zorgt voor een goede organisatie van preventief, curatief en gepland onderhoud aan machines en installaties.
  • U gaat verder dan het oplossen van een storing alleen en onderzoekt waarom bepaalde technische problemen opnieuw optreden.
  • U zet technische analyses om in concrete verbeteracties om ongeplande stilstanden verder terug te dringen.
  • U bekijkt kritisch hoe het bestaande onderhoud wordt aangepakt en doet voorstellen om onderhoudsfrequenties en werkwijzen verder te optimaliseren.
  • U zorgt voor een vlotte wisselwerking tussen maintenance en productie, zodat onderhoudswerken zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen worden uitgevoerd.
  • U schakelt externe technische partners in wanneer nodig en bewaakt hun werkzaamheden op vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid en uitvoering.
  • U neemt initiatieven rond machinebetrouwbaarheid, technische optimalisaties en continuous improvement.
  • U volgt relevante technische resultaten en KPI's op en gebruikt deze informatie om prioriteiten en verbeterpunten te bepalen.
  • U stimuleert een veilige en gestructureerde manier van werken binnen de technische dienst.

Wie Bent U

  • U heeft een technische achtergrond binnen bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica, onderhoud of automatisering.
  • Een bachelor- of masteropleiding is mooi meegenomen, maar relevante praktijkervaring kan minstens even waardevol zijn.
  • U heeft ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving en bent vertrouwd met het onderhoud van machines en technische installaties.
  • U begrijpt zowel de mechanische als elektrotechnische kant van een productieomgeving en kunt technische problemen snel doorgronden.
  • Ervaring als Maintenance Coordinator, Supervisor of Teamleader is interessant, maar ook ervaren techniekers of maintenance engineers die klaar zijn voor een volgende stap komen in aanmerking.
  • U vindt het fijn om collega's technisch te ondersteunen en kunt op een natuurlijke manier richting geven aan een team.
  • U kunt snel schakelen tussen dringende interventies, geplande werkzaamheden en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • U denkt oplossingsgericht en kijkt bij terugkerende problemen verder dan enkel de onmiddellijke storing.
  • U communiceert gemakkelijk met techniekers, productiecollega's, leveranciers en externe technische partners.
  • U bent graag zichtbaar op de werkvloer en combineert technische feeling met structuur en organisatie.
  • Ervaring met preventief onderhoud, reliability, maintenance software of verbeterprojecten vormt een extra troef.
