Supervisor Maintenance – Tielen

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

  • Coördineren en organiseren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden
  • Opstellen van onderhouds- en werkplanningen op basis van prioriteiten
  • Zorgen voor optimale werking van machines (preventief onderhoud, revisies, storingsanalyse)
  • Organiseren van revisiewerken en voorzien van de juiste middelen en mensen
  • Samenwerken met externe partners en voorbereiden van technische beslissingen
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van het technisch team bij probleemanalyses
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie en andere leidinggevenden
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van nutsvoorzieningen (perslucht, koeling, water, elektriciteit, …)
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van energieverbruik
  • Opstellen van personeelsplanningen en begeleiden van medewerkers
  • Motiveren van het team en zorgen voor een positieve werksfeer
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en interne werkgroepen
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van onderhoudssoftware (o.a. Api Pro)
  • Zorgen voor correcte documentatie en rapportering

PROFIEL

  • Sterke technische kennis (mechanica, elektrotechniek, koeltechniek)
  • Ervaring met onderhoudssoftware (bij voorkeur Api Pro)
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van technische teams
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement binnen een technische omgeving
  • Communicatief sterk en verbindend tussen verschillende afdelingen
  • Kennis van technische software (Inventor, PLC, …)
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels, basis Frans en Duits
