Wij zoeken een gedreven teamleader montage voor een gerenommeerde machinebouwer met 75 jaar ervaring op de teller. Deze onderneming is uitgegroeid tot een vaste waarde binnen haar niche en blijft zich onderscheiden door haar sterke focus op maatwerk en kwaliteit.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een team van monteurs in de voormontage.
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer vormt voor jou geen probleem en je ondersteunt waar nodig, zeker bij technische knelpunten.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de voortgang van de planning en grijpt tijdig in waar nodig.
  • Problemen met defecten, tekorten of montagevolgordes pak je kordaat aan in overleg met de productiemanager.
  • Je voert tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles uit en geeft verbetervoorstellen door.
  • Je begeleidt je team in het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en creëert een positieve werkcultuur.
  • Je hebt ervaring in montage én in een leidinggevende rol, bij voorkeur binnen een technische productieomgeving
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en voldoende Engels voor correcte communicatie op de werkvloer
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van hydraulische componenten en kan technische plannen lezen
