Als Supervisor Operations geef je dagelijks leiding aan een operationeel team en zorg je ervoor dat processen veilig, efficiënt en soepel verlopen. Jij spreekt de taal van de operatie: je hebt empathisch vermogen, maar durft ook duidelijk en direct te sturen wanneer dat nodig is. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat afvalstromen worden omgezet in waardevolle grondstoffen en dat de locatie veilig, netjes en goed georganiseerd draait. Wat ga je doen als Supervisor Operations? - Leidinggeven aan 2 voormannen en een groep machinisten (circa 25 fte). - Dagelijkse aansturing van de operatie en bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en productiviteit. - Zorgen dat de productieplanning en werkprocessen efficiënt verlopen. - Veiligheid staat altijd voorop: jij borgt de naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en SHEQ-richtlijnen. - Signaleren van (technische) knelpunten en tijdig inschakelen van specialisten. - Coördineren van materiaalstromen en afvoertransporten. - Monitoren van kwaliteit en waar nodig bijsturen. - Onderhouden van contact met andere locaties en interne stakeholders. - Bouwen aan betrokkenheid, samenwerking en trots binnen het team in Nieuwegein. - Uitvoeren van administratieve taken zoals urenregistratie en rapportages voor de Site Manager.
