In jouw vak communiceer je duidelijk met collega's, andere afdelingen en management om processen soepel te laten verlopen. Is er een probleem? Dan signaleer jij deze tijdig, analyseert de oorzaken en lost deze praktisch op. Daarnaast heb jij snel door waar de prioriteiten liggen en bewaakt de doelstellingen door goede beslissingen te nemen. Hiermee zorg jij voor een optimaal resultaat voor de klant. Jouw taken Jij stuurt het verpakkingsteam aan, coacht waar nodig en zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Daarbij waarborg je de planning en specificaties voor verzending of opslag. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt dat alle verpakte producten voldoen aan vereisten. De coördinatie van medewerkers valt binnen jouw takenpakket. Met georganiseerde werkprocessen zorg je voor een soepele en effectieve werking van de afdeling. Je signaleert en verhelpt productie- of verpakkingsproblemen snel om continuïteit en kwaliteit te waarborgen. Is een klus afgerond?
