Wat houdt de job in?

  • Actief begeleiden, opleiden en ondersteunen van nieuwe en bestaande operators in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Opvolgen, optimaliseren en fijntunen van geautomatiseerde procesinstallaties tijdens de nacht.
  • Fungeren als de spilfiguur voor kennisoverdracht, kwaliteitsborging en veiligheidsbewustzijn.
  • Oplossingsgericht ingrijpen bij kwaliteitsoffsets of mechanische/operationele haperingen.
  • Gestructureerd overleggen en rapporteren aan de Production Manager over shift-prestaties en verbetervoorstellen.
  • Hoger/technisch onderwijs (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) met een passie voor mens en techniek.
  • Analytische, vooruitstrevende geest met de motivatie om het team én de processen continu te verbeteren.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in het vaste nachtstelsel van zondagnacht t.e.m. donderdagnacht (21u00 - 05u10).
