Supervisor Productie (2ploegen)

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als Supervisor Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van de productie tijdens jouw shift. Je stuurt meerdere productielijnen aan en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt, veilig en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Je combineert sterke leidinggevende vaardigheden met een hands-on aanpak en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne diensten om een vlotte productieflow te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van operatoren en productiemedewerkers tijdens jouw shift.
  • Coördineren van productieactiviteiten over verschillende productielijnen en afdelingen.
  • Bewaken en bijsturen van de productieplanning om continuïteit en efficiëntie te verzekeren.
  • Samenwerken met interne logistiek en de technische dienst voor een optimale productieflow.
  • Toezien op de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënenormen (HACCP).
  • Controleren van eindproducten en reinigingsactiviteiten.
  • Rapporteren aan de productieverantwoordelijke en zorgen voor een correcte shiftoverdracht.
  • Instaan voor onboarding, opleiding en evaluatie van medewerkers.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen op vlak van productie, organisatie en efficiëntie (OEE).
  • Creëren van een positieve werksfeer en een goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende ploegen.
  • Werkinstructies up-to-date houden en waar nodig aanpassen.

PROFIEL ouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende people management vaardigheden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, assertief en brengt structuur op de werkvloer.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en rapporteert nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan vlot werken met courante IT-toepassingen (MS Office en productiesystemen).
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Kennis van IFS, BRC of FSSC is een pluspunt.
