Ben jij een ervaren people manager die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt in een industriële omgeving? Krijg je energie van het aansturen van mensen, het nemen van beslissingen en het oplossen van uitdagingen op de werkvloer?

Als Supervisor Productie ben je tijdens jouw shift verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele werking voor een bedrijf in Dendermonde.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten tijdens jouw shift.
  • Aansturen, ondersteunen en motiveren van een team van ongeveer 20 medewerkers.
  • Verdelen van de werkzaamheden en bewaken van productievolumes, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Snel en doordacht inspelen op productieproblemen en operationele prioriteiten.
  • Toezien op orde, netheid, veiligheidsvoorschriften en milieuregels.
  • Zorgen voor een goede overdracht tussen de verschillende ploegen en afdelingen.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers op de werkvloer en neemt beslissingen wanneer zich operationele, technische of personeelsgerelateerde uitdagingen voordoen.

  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels & bent computervaardig.
  • Je werkt in een volcontinu stelsel met vroege, late en nachtshifts (ook op weekend- en feestdagen) - niet meer dan vier dagen na elkaar en hebt regelmatig meerdere vrije dagen.
  • Als people manager weet je medewerkers te motiveren, aan te sturen en op een correcte manier bij te sturen.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, stressbestendig en kan snel prioriteiten stellen.
  • Flexibiliteit is belangrijk: je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende ploegen, teams en werksituaties.
