The posting

Voor een productieomgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en hands-on supervisor productie. In deze gevarieerde functie bent u verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van de productieactiviteiten en het aansturen van een team van operatoren en productiemedewerkers.

U zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen efficiënt draaien en volgt eventuele defecten of storingen nauwgezet op. Daarnaast werkt u intensief samen met de verantwoordelijke productie en het kwaliteitsteam om de kwaliteitsnormen en hygiënevoorschriften strikt te garanderen. U bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en vormt het aanspreekpunt voor de operatoren, waarbij communicatie en organisatie centraal staan.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van productieparameters
  • Aansturen en coördineren van operatoren en productiemedewerkers
  • Opstarten en opvolgen van productielijnen
  • Signaleren en opvolgen van defecten of afwijkingen
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie- en kwaliteitsteam
  • Motiveren en begeleiden van medewerkers op de werkvloer
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke productie

Uw profiel

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van productieteams
  • Hands-on ingesteld en sterk aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Zelfstandig, communicatief en organisatorisch sterk
  • Ervaring binnen productieomgevingen is vereist
  • Technische expertise is geen must, maar inzicht in productieprocessen is belangrijk
  • U kan productielijnen opvolgen en operationele problemen detecteren
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Frans is noodzakelijk
  • U kan Franstalige operatoren vlot aansturen en coördineren
  • U bent flexibel ingesteld naar ploegenwerk
  • U past binnen een no-nonsense werkomgeving
