Wat ga je doen?

Jij maakt het verschil op de werkvloer. Als coach draait het voor jou niet alleen om cijfers en targets, maar vooral om mensen. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw ploeg veilig, efficiënt en met de juiste motivatie aan de slag kan. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, ondersteunt je team waar nodig en stimuleert een cultuur van samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en continue verbetering.

  • Je leidt een team van ongeveer 25 operatoren die allen in 3-ploegen werken en bent hun coach, motivator en aanspreekpunt
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie van de werkzaamheden en de personeelsplanning, zodat alles efficiënt verloopt
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse productie op en stuurt bij waar nodig om doelstellingen op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement te behalen
  • Je creëert een veilige werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich bewust zijn van hun verantwoordelijkheden en elkaar aanspreken op veilig gedrag
  • Je spot kansen om processen slimmer, efficiënter of kwaliteitsvoller te maken en zet verbeterinitiatieven mee in beweging
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's tijdens hun opstart en helpt hen zich ontwikkelen tot volwaardige teamleden
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking en kennisoverdracht tussen de verschillende ploegen
  • Je ondersteunt en ontwikkelt je medewerkers via feedback, coaching en evaluaties
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkvloer en de productieorganisatie en communiceert helder met alle betrokken partijen
  • Bij incidenten of operationele uitdagingen neem je initiatief, behoud je het overzicht en zorg je voor een correcte opvolging

Wie ben je?

  • Je hebt ervaring in productieomgeving, leidinggevende ervaring is een groot pluspunt
  • Je weet mensen makkelijk te motiveren, coacht en laat hen groeien
  • Je beschikt over een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie staan voor jou altijd centraal.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief om processen te verbeteren.
